¶ Excel Download - Invoice and Other Tax Document Data
To export invoices, credit notes (CN), or debit notes (DN) as a spreadsheet, follow the steps below. This guide focuses on invoices, but the process for CN and DN is the same.
¶ Steps:
Navigate to the Invoice Listing Page
Go to the invoice listing section on the platform.
Apply Filters
Use the available filters to narrow down the list of invoices (or CN/DN) based on your requirements.
e.g., Date range, status, customer, etc.
Download the Data
Click on the download button. Choose the report type:
- Invoice Summary: Provides a high-level summary per invoice.
- Invoice with Line Item Details: Includes details for each invoice line item.
Select the month, year, and report type, then click "Download" to export the file.
¶ Bulk PDF Download - Invoice and Other Tax Documents
The bulk PDF download feature allows you to download all PDFs generated for a specific period efficiently.
Follow the steps below to use this feature:
- Login to Marmin Platform
- Navigate to the Bulk PDF Download Option:
- On the left-hand navigation menu, scroll to the bottom.
- Click on the Reports tab.
- Under the Reports tab, select the Bulk PDF Download option.
- Set Your Download Parameters:
- Document Type: Select the type of document you need to download (e.g., Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note). This must be selected manually.
- Transaction Type: Choose whether you want documents for B2B, B2C, or leave it unselected to download both transaction types.
- Period: Select the date range for which you want to download the documents.
- Generate the PDFs:
- Once you’ve set the parameters, click on the Generate PDF button.
- The PDFs will begin processing in the background.
- Download Your PDFs:
- When the PDFs are ready, you will receive an email notification with a link to download them.
- Note that the download link will remain active for 30 days. After this period, the PDFs will be deleted, so ensure you download them on time.
