To ensure your identity, we send a verification email and follow the instructions to complete the sign-up process. We also encourage you to set up 2FA, however, it is optional. Once you have finished the setup process, you will be able to issue e-invoices to your customers along with a host of other functionalities.
The root user can access the platform directly at https://app.marmin.ai/login using their Email ID and password.
Non-root users can access platform features only upon invitation and based on the permissions granted by the root user. Non-root users, when created by the root user, can log in at https://app.marmin.ai/login using the same email ID and password utilized during signup.
It's important to note that if a user signs up separately on the Marmin platform, the account by default will be a root account, and hence, they cannot be associated with an existing organization.
To add a new sub-user to your organization, you will need to follow two steps:
Go to Permissions under Teams and ensure the right permission category is available for the user you want to invite.
If you don’t find a permission category with the right permissions, you can always create a new permission set and give access to the necessary categories. Depending on the access required, you can set the individual permissions to None, Read Only, or Read & Write.
A permissions set can be limited to a business profile and specific branches under that business profile. To do this, select the business profile and branch that you want that permission set to have access to.
For example, if you want to give read-only permissions to the auditor for a particular business or branch, you set the invoice and other categories to read-only and select the business profile and branch to which you would like to give access.
Once the permissions are set, you can create a new team and invite the people under that team. Each team can be associated with a permission set and all users under that team will have access accordingly.
